Anderson Tombini (voz, bateria) e Jerônimo Junior – “Jera” (voz, violão, guitarra, teclado e bass pedal) formam o Sonido Club, uma banda que faz rock a 4 mãos e 4 pés. A banda surgiu em 2011 em Florianópolis, influenciada pelos clássicos do rock, new wave, BRock 80’s e o britpop dos anos 2000. 

Em 2014 o Sonido Club foi banda de abertura para os shows de Deep Purple (Stage Music Hall) e Roger Hodgson, a voz do Supertramp (Arena Petry).

Em 2017 a banda fez sua primeira tour para a Inglaterra, com 10 shows em Liverpool na International Beatleweek, o maior festival do mundo em homenagem aos Beatles, organizado pelo Cavern Club, palco onde os Beatles se apresentaram 292 vezes. O Sonido Club também tocou nos mais importantes festivais brasileiros de tributo aos Beatles no Rio de Janeiro (Niterói Beatleweek 2017 e 2018), em Minas Gerais (BH Beatleweek 2017) e no Rio Grande do Sul (São Chico Beatleweekend 2017 e 2018).

Em 2019 a banda retorna a à Inglaterra com shows na Beatleweek e também em Newcastle. Também neste ano o Sonido Club lança seu primeiro EP com músicas autorais tem outros 6 singles lançados desde então.

Já em 2020, a banda participou de festivais virtuais por streaming: Rebel Day (Niterói), Festival Beatle Virtual (Costa Rica), John Lennon 80 – A Worldwide Virtual Celebration (Hungria), Lima Beatlefest Virtual (Peru) e a própria International Beatleweek, transmitida pela página oficial do Cavern Club no Facebook.

Ao celebrar 10 anos de carreira em 2021, lançam 5 singles e videoclipes inéditos. As letras versam sobre dilemas humanos dos mais corriqueiros como livre arbítrio, vida e morte, vícios e virtudes. Esteticamente, o rock inglês dos anos 60 e o brasileiro dos anos 80 seguem sendo grandes referências. As músicas são apresentadas pela primeira vez ao vivo em julho de 2022 no festival Stella Autoral, ao lado das bandas Stella Folks e Outros Bárbaros.

Em 2022 são a banda de abertura para o show de Bonnie Tyler no Hard Rock Live Florianópolis e em 2023 fazem mais uma turnê pela Inglaterra, com 10 shows em Liverpool durante a International Beatleweek e mais duas apresentações em Newcastle e Preston.

Sonido Club are from Florianópolis, Brazil. Anderson Tombini and Jerônimo Jr. started the power duo in 2008, driven by the mutual passion for rock, folk and pop culture. They have played hundreds of gigs in pubs and clubs in Brazil since then and have performed as opening act for Deep Purple, Roger Hodgson (formerly of Supertramp) and Bonnie Tyler.

Anderson is the singer and plays a drum kit that includes latin percussion instruments such as the cajon and the pandeiro and Jeronimo plays the acoustic, electric and resonator guitar, besides also playing bass lines in a midi foot pedal, which allows the duo to sound as big as a band with four members.

They played International Beatleweek in 2017 in Liverpool and were again invited to England for the 2019 edition of the festival which is hosted by the Cavern Club. They were also in the line-up for the 2020 virtual edition of Beatleweek and are back for a third England tour in 2023.

Besides being a Beatle tribute act, Anderson and Jeronimo write their own songs. Their 2019 EP is called “12 Horas” (“Twelve o’clock” in portuguese) and features 6 tracks sung both in english and portuguese. They have also released 6 more singles since then.
